And our first event – Hors d’oeuvres Party!
With 11 ladies ready to get cooking, the energy was tremendous and the enthusiasm outstanding at our first Fresh Chef Experience last week! Our host, Gretchen, chose the Fresh Chef Experience – Quick & Easy Hors d’oeuvres and added an additional recipe. Our chefs divided the attendees into groups by skill level and set up six teams to prepare the dishes.
Since Fresh Chef Experiences are conducted in the privacy of our customers’ homes, the event was set up in Gretchen’s kitchen. Our attendees were ready to learn new hand-on skills from our professional chefs and quickly got to work on Mise en Place (putting in place) prepping the food for their dishes.
The atmosphere was fun and exciting as every team completed their dishes for the hors d’oeuvres and wine party which following the cooking event. Doesn’t it look beautiful? Great job ladies!
The evening ended with Fresh Chef Experience cleaning up the kitchen while our host and her guests enjoyed wine and their delicious food. And since each recipe teaches fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking, our attendees took home with them skills they can use over again.
